Kaylee Smith (Director)
Kaylee was born in mesa, AZ. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Her previous childcare experience includes volunteering with students of all ages as well as special needs students. She has a three Associates Degrees in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Childcare. Kaylee has been working at Dobson Academy for 6 years.

Grant Smyth (Activity Leader)
Grant was born in Mesa, AZ. He enjoys playing the guitar and all music in general. Grant’s previous childcare experience includes working for the City of Phoenix Afterschool Program at Lomas Elementary School. Grant is currently working towards a Bachelors Degree at ASU. He has been working for Dobson Academy for two years.
Our Mission Statement
The Dobson Academy Childcare Program is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. We are committed to providing the best care for our students by offering a program that supports the overall health and well-being of children. The Dobson Academy Childcare Program supports strong partnerships with families and communities and works through these partnerships to provide social and cultural learning opportunities that seek to build upon individual strengths and interests.

*Snack consists of a snack and juice or milk
*Homework clubs-students are grouped by grade level and have an assigned Childcare staff member to assist and supervise homework. This service is OPTIONAL but parents must see a staff member if they do not want their child to participate in Homework club.

**Late Fee Policy: The late fee is $1.00 per minute per child after 6:05PM. Continual late pick-up could result in termination of participation in the Program. Late Fee payments are DUE the next business day following the Late pick-up. Failure to do so will result in a $25.oo fee along with the Late pick-up amount.
AM Care only: $66.00
PM Care (4:00 Pick-up): $110.00
PM Care (6:00 Pick-up):$170.50
AM and PM: $220.00
*We accept D.E.S assistance
**Payments are due on the 5th of each month. Failure to pay on time will result in a $25.00 Late –fee.
**We accept cash, check, money order, visa, mastercard, and discover.

*We are licensed through the Department of Health Services
* Aftercare snack consists of a snack and juice or milk
*We are closed all Federal holidays, as well as Winter Break, and April Break.
*Childcare provides care for Early Release Days, Staff workdays, Fall Break, and Spring Break. Childcare during these times are offered for a fee of $20/day.
*We accept students 5 years of age-12 years of age
*Childcare is only offered for Dobson Academy students during the school year.
*We follow Dobson Academy’s 3-B refocus Plan: Be Safe, Be respectful, Be responsible.
* All childcare staff members possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, are First Aid and CPR certified, and have at least three years of professional childcare experience.

Come check out Dobson Academy ’s Before and Afterschool Program. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 6:00AM -8:00AM and 3:00PM -6:00PM, making it convenient for those parents who have to be at work early and leave late. Our wonderful staff is dedicated to providing a fun and safe environment for your child! Jennifer Hutchison (Activity Leader)
Jennifer was born in Mesa, AZ. She is currently a freshman at Chandler Gilbert Community College. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, and shopping. Her previous childcare experience includes teaching preschool and supervising students for the Kyrene School District Afterschool Program. Jennifer has been working for Dobson Academy for a year.
Lindsey Adams (Assistant Director)
Lindsey was born in San Luis Obispo, CA and moved to Chandler in 2004. She enjoys spending time with her son and dogs, and reading. Her previous childcare experience includes managing an Afterschool Program at Coalinga Middle School in California and working with Americorps Mentors for two years. She has been working for Dobson Academy for about a year.
Jason Padia (Activity Leader)
Jason was born in Chandler, Arizona. He is currently a sophomore at Chandler Gilbert community college where he hopes to get a degree to become a police officer in the future. He enjoys playing all types of sports and spending time with friends. His previous childcare experience includes coaching football and baseball for over four years and assisting in an in-home daycare for over six years. Jason just started working at Dobson Academy.

Joshua Moore (Activity Leader)
Joshua was born in Tucson, Arizona. He has a three year old son and now resides in Maricopa Arizona. Joshua began working in charter schools since he graduated high school in 2001. He has taught sixth grade for three years and coached boy’s basketball and just last school year he was a PE teacher/life skills teacher. Joshua is our newest addition to Dobson Academy childcare staff.
