Lunch
Dobson Academy offers school breakfast and lunch and participates in the National School Lunch Program. We encourage our families to fill out a Free and Reduced Household Applications for the school year. Based on eligibility, students could receive free/reduced breakfast and lunch. Students may bring their own lunches to school, or purchase a school lunch. Upon eligibility those that qualify for reduced school meals, lunch is $0.40 and breakfast is $0.30. Full priced meals are set at $3.60 for lunch and $2.10 for breakfast.
Account balances can be viewed from your parent PowerSchool account by looking at the Meal Balance in PowerSchool App. Funds can be added to a student’s meal account by check, cash, or payments can be processed through the schools website by selecting Payments > Category > and selecting Lunch, then entering information as followed.
Please read over our unpaid meal charge policy as this describes in detail of negative lunch account balances. We encourage parents/guardians to set up their students meal balance to receive notifications of when their students need funds added to their child(s) meal account. This will enable our families to keep better track of the students lunch account.
